Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a high performing Senior Associate for a role as a TeamMate liaison within Risk Assurance Services (Internal Audit). As a TeamMate implementation liaison, the role holder will be required to:

-Implement, train and support our portfolio of clients running audit management software. The audit management software covers the entire audit process: risk assessment, planning, execution, reporting and follow-up. Implementation of the audit management software involves installing and customizing the software in line with the clients’ audit methodology
-Hold training calls for a deeper understanding of the software, audit methodology and good facilitation skills
-Providing technical support to clients by troubleshooting and sorting out day-to-day issues and liaising with relevant technical support to resolve complex issues
-Interact with client staff and should ensure the existing client relationships are strengthened.
-Enhance client service and technical skills
-People development.

Additional Information

The requirements for this role are:
-Good working knowledge of TeamMate including Risk Management and reporting modules
- 3-4 years within the Senior Associate level or equilvalent
-Degree in relevant field (information systems and business). Audit knowledge will be an added advantage
-System implementation and technical support experience
-Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, flexibility in working hours
-Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
-Good presentation skills (comfortable making oral presentations before client/client teams
-Good organizational and project management skills
-Demonstrated ability to manage teams
