TIGO MFS Corporate Sales Manager

Role Purpose

Responsible for building and maintaining a relationship with different corporate clients by providing MFS related services effectively, educate and promote MFS products/ services
Key Responsibilities

1.Build and realize sales action plan for Corporate client – MFS related services

2.Prepare sales strategy to ensure we achieve given target, this entails building up the pipeline, set KPI’s  as well as cross selling within existing account

3.Work closely with Corporate Sales team to ensure we cross sell MFS products to  Corporate sales clients

4.Liaise with Corporate contacts, build  and develop relationships

5.Delivery overall objectives of Key Accounts Segment

6.Make joint calls for high-value  customers

7.Prepare Sales proposal, plans, presentations to be used on sales meeting when necessary

8.Prepare the strategy to manage the account and set objectives about account management

9.Monitoring the day to day commercial performance of  each account within the portfolio

10.Lead solution development effort  that best address customer needs while involving all necessary
Stakeholders

11.Protectively assesses, clarify and validates  customers’ needs on an on-going basis

12.To conduct Quarterly account review together with MFS Go To Market Manager

13.Provide leadership in areas of expertise, particularly in on ensuring you work closely with Product Development team in developing/ structuring existing products to suit customer needs.

14.Provide feedback from the market
Position Requirements

- Atleast 3 years sales experience managing Key Accounts
- Degree in Marketing, Finance, Statistics or related fields
