The Enablement Field Consultant interlocks with identified stakeholders to understand world wide business drivers, product and solution strategies, and collaborates / drives for enablement that is tailored to business needs and skills requirements.
The Enablement Field Consultant liaises and builds relationships with parallel GMU/GMT teams such as other Brands, competitive teams, brand marketing, channel, Global Business Services and Industry teams, IBM Learning, suppliers, Program Execution Team (PET), etc to leverage synergies and drive cost-effective and tailored education on GMT and regional levels.
The Enablement Field Consultant is responsible for end-to-end education planning, execution, and measurement. As such, the Enablement Field Consultant will budget, drive enrollments, manage logistics and support, and provide class facilitation in line with special regard to local culture and business requirements.
The Enablement Field Consultant is an integral part of the MEA(Middle East Africa) Enablement team, and distills requirements into an end-to-end Enablement discussion, planning, and execution role. As such, the Enablement Field Consultant will understand and be able to represent the total yearly and quarterly education priorities and details back to the SWG management teams, providing regular and ad-hoc measurement and reporting.
Required
Master's Degree
At least 2 years experience in Business Acumen and Financial Reporting
At least 2 years experience in Work shop organisation and Management
English: Fluent
