The four solution sets include: IT risk Assurance, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management and Business controls advisory solutions.The role holders will report to the Risk Assurance Services solution set leader.
Roles & Responsibilities
-Developing industry and technical expertise in their area of specialization-Managing multiple relationships ensuring customer satisfaction through high quality service deliverables
-Managing the staffing of the job, the financial performance and ensuring that key deadlines are achieved
-Setting and monitoring budgets for the assignments
-Provision of IT Risk Assurance services to a portfolio of clients / Provide audit and non-audit services to a portfolio of clients
-Leading of internal and external team and client meetings
-Managing the coaching, personal and professional training and development of your team
-Take responsibility of the work life quality of the team
Additional Information
To be successful in this role, you require:-A degree with honors and relevant professional qualification
-Relevant specialist experience ( IT Risk Assurance/Internal audit/Enterprise Risk Management/business controls advisory)
-At least 6 years work experience
-Experience interacting with senior level clients and management to develop and maintain business relationships,
Working knowledge and understanding of compliance and risk review procedures, business processes and internal controls
-Flexibility in your approach to meeting goals as team manager
-Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels
-A proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships
-A proactive approach to problem solving and delivering client solutions
-Strong technical depth
-Project management, cost analysis and reporting
