CA Global Building and Civil Infrastructure (Africa Careers) is currently sourcing on behalf of their client for a Site Manager (building infrastructure / high rise buildings / hotels) – Tanzania

Overview:
Our client is a leading company in the Tanzanian market known for the outstanding project quality; they are looking for a dynamic experienced Site Manager who is goal orientated and eager to succeed in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Coordination of site activities to include the submission and approval of materials
• Agreeing of final accounts with clients
• Reviewing and signing off of subcontractors work
• Technical support for projects
• Approval for all project related expenditure

Requirements: Qualifications and Skills

• Engineering Degree (civil / structural / building)
• Minimum 10 year’s post-graduation professional experience
• At least 5 years work experience in a managerial position
• International and African experience
• Fluency in English is essential
