CA Global Building and Civil Infrastructure (Africa Careers) is currently sourcing on behalf of their client for a Construction Manager (building infrastructure / high rise buildings / hotels) – Tanzania

Overview:
Our client is a leading company in the Tanzanian market known for the outstanding project quality; they are looking for a dynamic experienced construction professional who is goal orientated and eager to succeed in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage projects at multiple sites around Tanzania (small to large structures of varied complexity)
• Responsible for project profitability, progression and quality for all sites
• Responsible for Project risk assessments
• will oversee skills development and training
• Will ensure Client satisfaction for all projects elements

Requirements: Qualifications and Skills

• Engineering degree (civil / structural / Building)
• minimum of 15 years post-graduation professional experience
• must have filled the role of construction Manager for at least 5 years
• international and Africa experience
• Fluency in English is essential

• Residential in Tanzania
