CA Global Civil and Water Infrastructure (Africa Careers) is currently sourcing on behalf of their client for an Environmental and Social Performance Manager (Water / Wastewater Infrastructure) – Tanzania

Overview:
Excellent expatriate opportunity for a Water / Wastewater project based in East Africa due to start construction at the end of this year, this expert will work closely with the social ad gender assessment manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the program assurance
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of social and gender activities at site
• Will work closely with the Health and safety Manager

Requirements: Qualifications and Skills:

• Engineering Master’s Degree
• 10 years post-graduation experience ensuring projects compliance to health and safety regulations
• Excellent knowledge of international environmental policies and guidelines
• At least 5 years’ experience working on Water / wastewater projects 
• Knowledge of Zambia environmental laws and regulations

Contractual information:

• Single or family status
• Medium term contract of 5 years
• Residential in Tanzania
