Coca-Cola Sabco Tanzania requires the services of a Section Controller, to be based in Dar es Salaam The incumbent will directly report to the Warehouse Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure Cases per man hour as per Country standards. 100% load fill rate (Excluding out of stocks). Deviations identified, reported and acted on within agreed timeframes or as they occur. Optimize forklift utilization. No stock beyond TCCMS storage date. Space, Utilization as per CCS Standards. Stock holding within CCS Standards as per Region Plan. 100% accurate inventory. Administration updated daily. Data is 100% accurate. Attend all warehouse meetings & weekly MDWT as scheduled. 100% compliance with warehouse procedures & standards. 100% compliance to internal and external Audit. Ensure Compliance to health & Safety regulations. Monthly inspection done on time as required. Minimize shortage to Company standards. Put plan in place to minimize warehouse breakages and shortages. Daily controls to ensure Standards are met. Maintain discipline. Daily management of quality, speed, cost effectiveness, morale and Applicable key performance to ensure continuous improvement

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Material Management or any related field. At least 2 years dealing directly with stock management. Strong communication skills. Stress mastery. Good Leadership qualities. Good Analytical skills.

Individual Leadership. Problem solving techniques. Customer focus. Able to conduct team meetings and focus on team goals and team spirit.
