The Management of Tanzania Portland Cement is inviting for suitable candidates to fill the above vacant positions.

Qualification:

Bachelor Degree OR Advanced Diploma in Procurement and logistics Management OR its equivalent.

Knowledge in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Purchasing Software.

Must be registered with the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB).

Must be fluent in speaking and writing English and Swahili languages.

Minimum of one (1) year of work experience In purchasing and logistics activities OR its equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To check and compile requests for purchase/requisitions/work orders from user departments and stock control for proper specifications.

To invite quotations from potential suppliers to bid evaluation process.

To prepare and dispatch purchase order in favour of approved bidder.

To prepare reports and KPls and continuously evaluate performance of suppliers.

Occupational Safety and Health Authority (9SHAJ compliance with the company requirements.

Perform any other duties that may be assigned.
