Report to Managing Director
Duties and 1. Identify niche markets within their zone and design market strategies and mix for
the identified market niches.

2. Carry out administration and liaison activities at the zone level
3. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting
market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
4. In charge and supervisor of seed production within his/her regions.
5. Train and motivate the stockiest sales personnel, plantations, NGO’s and Farmers
groups on the company products/packages
6. Responsible and in charge of the stocks and warehouses in his/her zone
7. Responsible for establishment of distribution channels in his/her regions.
8. Advice on how to improve company offering in his/her regions.
9. Prepare periodic reports outlining the performance of the schemes
10. In collaboration with the marketing field officers provide the required technical
services as per client requirement.
Qualifications/education 1. Holder of diploma/B.Sc. in agriculture, agronomy, horticulture and extensions
2. Valid driving license is an added advantage.
3. Good market knowledge on crop growing cycles and season in Tanzania
Experience The candidates should have a minimum of 3 years working experience. Experience in
Agro-Input Industry is an added advantage
Remuneration A lucrative package will be offered for the successful candidate commensurate with
MATCC scheme of service.
