MTN is an equal opportunity employer that is currently expanding, and seeks to recruit a competent individual to fill the vacant position of Billing Administrator. Billing Administrator The position reports to the Billing Supervisor. The main purpose of the job is: To proactively work with tools and polices in order to prevent/mitigate potential revenue loss in MTN Uganda’s postpaid client base To assist the Billing Supervisor in timely and accurate execution of bill runs and the subsequent printing/ dispatch of the monthly postpaid customer bills To timely resolve and provide feedback on customer billing queries Prime responsibilities of the position: Ensure accurate billing of ill Post Paid Customers Manage the printing and sorting of bills to ensure timely dispatch to Customers Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of Contract Staff within the Billing unit Ensure proper management and maintenance of Print shop equipment Manage Service Level Agreements with suppliers supporting the billing process Timely resolution, of Customer billing disputes, queries and inquiries. Support MTN’s overall Customer Management and quality initiatives Update and manage Customers’ billing address data on the billing system Attend to undelivered/bounced bills, and ensure re-delivery Develop, populate and analyse management information reports periodically To take on any extra responsibilities as may be required from time to time

Requirement: A Bachelor's degree in any business discipline 3-4 years experience in a busy customer environment with proficiency in both verbal and written communication. Excellent Customer management skills, self motivated with good planning and organization skills Flexible, with experience in working tight shifts requiring one to work overtime A good team player, excellent interpersonal skills and is analytical.
