KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Provide overall technical management and support to emergency team in planning and undertaking shelter projects and activities; Provide technical support and guidance to the country team during the implementation of all construction works including assessing existing structures and developing local structural safety and contextual suitability guidelines, leading on developing/reviewing quality BoQs and workplans for the construction of structures, or repairs/renovations as required/planned; lead and develop a construction contingency/risk management plan to mitigate the impact of future rains/heavy wind and other possible disasters on these structures etc
