Duty station: Rwanda

Required experience: 2- 3 years.

Key skills:

High level of competency in SQL Server (syntax; extensive use of triggers, stored procedures) and understanding of database design and normalization, referential integrity, and table -driven design concepts.

Working knowledge of crystal reports & .net.

Knowledge on HRMS Functions. – Added advantage

Good at client interaction.Responsibilities:

•Work with business analysts to design & develop applications, custom reports and implement databases of application

• Assist and support developers in aspects of software development lifecycle

• Develop system architecture, design and code in accordance to the clients' requirements

• Design, develop, build, manage & install programs as per client requirements

• Perform object oriented programming and database creation.
