Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in economics or related field preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing value chain development programs, preferably inEthiopia or the Horn of Africa
- Success engaging host-government producer organizations and processor on private-sector development
- Success managing and supervising staff in developing countries
- Experience with monitoring and evaluation, and knowledge sharing preferred
- Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English required
