- You’ve honed a very particular set of skills.
- You’ve considered using your skills to improve the world.
- You’ve found that helping one person at a time is maddeningly slow, and helping large groups is often impersonal, ineffective, and politically difficult.
It’s time to consider JUNTOS.
As EXPONENT for a JUNTOS User Experience Outpost, you will work hard to craft and tailor better and better JUNTOS messages for an entire culture, connecting with thousands of people directly into the palm of their hands.
You will work closely with the JUNTOS team, searching for new ways to make people’s lives better one handcrafted, widely-dispersed message at a time:
- Did your text messages enable a low-income single mother in Tanzania to save weekly?
- Were you able to help an older Salvadorian farmer adopt time-saving technology?
- Have you measurably succeeded in teaching Chinese users how to use checking accounts?
Exponential iteration is the norm, always led and tested by good science and supported by kind, friendly, motivated teammates.
