The Gatsby Charitable Foundation (http://www.gatsby.org.uk/) is recruiting a director for their Cotton Programme. This position, based in Tanzania, will lead an ongoing programme aiming to impact up to 400,000 farmers. The Cotton Programme Director will lead strategy development, manage the programme team to deliver on agreed objectives, and maintain and strengthen existing critical relationships with the Tanzania Cotton Board, local and national governments, and key private sector partners.
