Marie Stopes Tanzania (MST) is the Non-governmental Organization dully registered under the law of Tanzania, and it is centered in a marketing-focused, results-oriented social enterprise, which uses modern management and marketing techniques to provide family planning, reproductive and sexual healthcare and allied services. MST is a member of the Marie Stopes International (MSI) Global Partnership, which operates in over 46 countries worldwide. MST’s goal is to improve quality of life in Tanzania by dramatically improving access to and use of family planning and other reproductive health services.
Of recently, MST has been striving to secure funds from donors for implementation of its cantered objectives. The effort by MST to secure funds from donors have somehow been positive where the donor has proposed a new and streamlined project to be carried attracting a diversified aptitude.

Job purpose
The Human Resources Lead reports to and supports the Director of Human Resources & Administration in the development, refinement and implementation of human resources services.
Key Responsibility
● Provide support to all team leaders in all aspects of recruitment for their team, including ensuring job frame works are in standardized format, advertising role interview arrangement and ensuring recruitment process is effectively follows MST guidelines.
● Lead by Work closely with heads of department to ensure all staff compensations & benefits are allocated accordingly as per MST policy and labour laws.

Key Responsibility
● Participate in business planning process and organizational development to understand and prepare plans involved around organizational procurement.
● Develop and maintain productive relationships with potential suppliers and other stakeholders working in the area of Procurement.
● Work closely with logistics officer to ensure Marie Stopes Tanzania warehouse management is in line with Marie Stopes Iondon Global Partnership standards and best – practice, and that warehouse systems ensure efficiency of stored goods and supplies.

LOGISTICS OFFICER
Job purpose
The Logistics Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating processes that ensure Marie Stopes Tanzania routine logistical operations function smoothly and efficiently, meeting the needs of its clients. Marie Stopes Tanzania’s Logistics officer is responsible for: transportation; stock control; warehousing; security; fleet management; asset management and ensuring structures are in place to monitor and manage the flow of goods and supplies through the organisation. The Logistics Manager is required to work closely with Marie Stopes Tanzania’s Finance Team, health services Team and the Procurement and logistics lead. The Logistics officer ensures that MSI Global Partnership best-practice policies are adhered to.
Key Responsibility
● To ensure Marie Stopes Tanzania warehouse management is in line with Marie Stopes International Global Partnership standards and best-practice, and that warehouse systems ensure efficiency of stored goods and supplies.
● To implement health and safety procedures in the warehouse

PROCUREMENT AND LOGISTICS ASSISTANT
Job purpose
The Procurement and Logistics assistant is responsible for daily clerical and operational Procurement and Logistics activities that ensure Marie Stopes Tanzania routine procurement and logistical operations function smoothly and efficiently, meeting the needs of its clients. Responsible for logistics clerical activities, acquiring materials and documents to fulfill requests for purchases, including preparing purchase orders and handling inquiries about orders, orders follow up from order placement to fulfillment and ensures order arrives undamaged and on time.
Key Responsibility
● Maintain filing and documentation of all purchases and inventory both hard and soft copies, document scanning and updating information on the Inflow Procurement and Inventory computer System.
● Maintain proper recording and reporting systems of all procurement & logistics activities inclusive of updated inventory, lease agreements, tax exemption, and import permit.
● Review prices and product specifications from various suppliers to determine which would provide the best deal, conduct the price analysis and preparation of the Purchase Orders as will be guided by the Logistics Officer

Job purpose
The IT Lead is a key member of the senior management team and is responsible for Oversight of all IT related activities .He/she is also responsible for managing all IT activities, inventory and IT trainings. The IT lead reports to the Director of Human Resource and Administration and directly supervises the IT officer. He/she represents Marie Stopes Tanzania externally as requested by Director of Human Resource and Administration.

S/he will ensure availability of timely, accurate complete financial information for purposes of analysis, audit and or decision making at all times.

The Researcher, Monitoring & Evaluation lead will work closely with project managers, regional staff and other key stakeholders to ensure the attainment of Marie Stopes Tanzania goals and objectives.

CLINICAL SERVICES LEAD
Job purpose
The Clinical Services Lead is a key member of the Health Systems and Management Department. The main focus of this post is to support centers and outreach teams to ensure clinical excellence is achieved and maintained across the programme. The clinical services lead also coordinates and chairs the Medical Assessment Team.

S/he will also provide IT technical support to the Research Department and other teams within Marie Stopes Tanzania.

OUTREACH LEAD
Job purpose
The Outreach Lead is a key member of the senior management team and is responsible for managing, developing and monitoring MST Outreach Services. Outreach Lead works closely with the Outreach Advisor and Outreach Coordinators and other key members of the Health Services Department to coordinate and monitor all outreach activities, and contribute towards the achievement of the MST Power of 10 Strategy. The Project lead reports to the Director of Health Services and directly supervises Outreach Advisor and Outreach Coordinators. She/he represents MST externally as required by Director of Health Services.

The Zonal Coordinator is a key member of the Health services Team and is responsible for assisting the Outreach Lead in managing the provision of MST outreach services across Tanzania. The main focus of the post is to support outreach teams to ensure high quality service delivery in line with MSI protocols and donor requirements.

GOVERNMENT LIAISON OFFICER
Job purpose
The Government Liaison officer is a key member of the Health services Team and is responsible with assisting the Project Manager /Outreach Lead in managing the linkage with Government and other stakeholders in the allocate zone. Also oversees the provision of other component of the project including Gender based Violence (GBV), Youth and Comprehensive Post Abortion Care (CPAC). The main focus of the post is to support and coordinate the MST work with the Government as stipulated in the project document such as trainings, distribution of equipment and supplies, supportive supervision and quality assurance..
Key Responsibility
● Coordinate the GBV, Youth related and CPAC activities in the allocated zone
● Liaise with the Government and other stakeholders in the assigned zone to ensure smooth
Implementation of project activities
● Attend and represent Marie Stopes in the stakeholders meetings at zonal, region and district level in the assigned zone
● Provide supportive supervision for ensuring the GBV, Youth related and CPAC activities are implemented according to the guidelines and standards.

Job purpose
The Gender/CPAC officer reports to a Project Manager and is responsible for the coordination of activities and technical inputs to the assigned component(s) in the project. For this position s/he is responsible with Gender and Comprehensive Post Abortion Care (CPAC) component of the project. The Gender/CPAC officer is responsible with Planning, Implementation and reporting of activities under the assigned component(s). Also s/he liaises with the Government to ensure the national approved guidelines and standards are available and utilized by the project.
Key Responsibility
● Participate in the situational analysis exercise by providing technical inputs and the available information in the country patterning the Gender and CPAC component

Job purpose
The Government Liaison officer is a key member of the Health services Team and is responsible with assisting the Project Manager /Outreach Lead in managing the linkage with Government and other stakeholders in the allocate zone. Also oversees the provision of other component of the project including Gender based Violence (GBV), Youth and Comprehensive Post Abortion Care (CPAC). The main focus of the post is to support and coordinate the MST work with the Government as stipulated in the project document such as trainings, distribution of equipment and supplies, supportive supervision and quality assurance..

Job purpose
The Gender/CPAC officer reports to a Project Manager and is responsible for the coordination of activities and technical inputs to the assigned component(s) in the project. For this position s/he is responsible with Gender and Comprehensive Post Abortion Care (CPAC) component of the project. The Gender/CPAC officer is responsible with Planning, Implementation and reporting of activities under the assigned component(s). Also s/he liaises with the Government to ensure the national approved guidelines and standards are available and utilized by the project.
Key Responsibility
● Participate in the situational analysis exercise by providing technical inputs and the available information in the country patterning the Gender and CPAC component
●.Ensure all key guidelines and standards related to Gender and CPAC are available for reference and utilization during planning and project implementation

Job purpose
The Health/Call centre officer reports to Clinics Lead and is responsible for the coordination of development of m-health and call centre strategy. This component requires networking and external linkage with other service providers, beneficiaries at various levels and the community. Therefore potential collaborators and proper linkages with existing m-Health platform will be established through this post. Internally this position will create a link and inform the Clinical quality and Monitoring and Evaluation team on the views of Marie Stopes customs/Clients for quality improvement and better serve our clients and provide continuity of care. Some key information/data will be collected depending on the scope and share with MIS/M and E unit.

Job purpose
The External Relations Coordinator plays a support function role to the Externals Team and its other team members. This means that the post holder will be exposed to a broad range of functions and duties with opportunities to develop experience in many areas of external relations work. Core responsibilities include the effective design and maintenance of management and coordination tools; coordination support to the national sexual reproductive advocacy coalition and providing additional capacity in advising the External Relations Team on successful youth engagement strategies for both youth service delivery and advocacy activities. The External Relations Coordinator reports to and works closely with the External Relations Lead who may also be assigned the post holder additional tasks as required of the team.

The main focus of the post is to work independently in FP and VCT service delivery, ensuring the best clinical quality, and perform procedures in outreach set up in line with MSI Protocols. The Assistant Medical Officer reports directly to the Zonal Coordinator.

● Effective community demand creation
● Ensure client care, rights and clinical standards are maintained
● Outreach development and planning
Minimum requirements
● Holder of Medical Doctor Degree such as (MD, MBCHB. MBBS)
● Registered with Medical Council of Tanganyika
●Must have 4 years’ experience in clinical work internship inclusive
● Desirable: Experience of outreach service deliver
