The Gatsby Charitable Foundation (http://www.gatsby.org.uk/) is recruiting a deputy director for our Cotton Programme. This position, based in Tanzania, will support the leadership of our ongoing programme aiming to impact up to 400,000 farmers. The Cotton Programme Deputy Director will provide operational leadership and manage five Programme Managers working in critical areas - including policy, ginner industry relations and M&E - to ensure successful delivery of the programme and its outputs.
