The M-Power Academy is a 4 week business education training program for university graduates. All participants will learn valuable business skills that can be used in many different jobs. Top candidates will receive job training for Off Grid Electric and the most promising participants will be offered the opportunity to work at Off Grid Electric.
There is a competitive selection process to enroll in the Academy which includes online tests and an interview. The tests and interview will take place the week of November 3rd. There will be recruitment in Arusha and Mwanza. Classes are scheduled to begin on November 17th in Arusha.
