Farm Unit
Qualification and Experience:
Possession of a Diploma in Farm Mechanization or Agro Mechanization from a recognized Institution.
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the post:
Assisting in Controlling of the Engineering function
Assisting in managing and maintaining vehicle, machineries, equipments and other working tools
Assisting in providing appropriate technical advice to management regarding care, usage and maintenance of the machines
Assisting in inspection, diagnosis, recording and participation in repairs
Developing quick fix procedures that helps operators to reduce machine downtime
Monitoring spares consumption and ensuring adequate controls on the costs and profitability analysis
Assisting in preparing monthly and quarterly reports, annual estimates of income and expenditure for the unit under his/her jurisdiction and submitting the same to the Farm Manager.
Performing other related duties as may be assigned
Age: Not above 45 years old
