In 2014 SNV, Netherlands Development Organisation, is commissioning six external impact assessments in the three sectors Agriculture, Water Sanitation and Hygiene and Renewable Energy. This Terms of Reference guides the evaluation of the Africa Biogas Partnership programme (ABPP) in Burkina Faso and Tanzania. The focus of the evaluation is on the emergence and development of a sustainable domestic biogas sector.
The evaluation will take place in the period November 2014 - September 2015.
