We provide technical assistance, training, and information, with a focus on practical solutions that improve services where resources are scarce. EngenderHealth is seeking expressions of interest from highly qualified candidates for staff positions on an anticipated USAID-funded project to increase the use of long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARCs) and permanent methods (PMs) in post-abortion care settings. The project will focus on supporting the development of scalable interventions in Tanzania and Bangladesh.
The Senior Program Manager (M&E), based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, will support the project’s monitoring and evaluation plan, monitoring country level and global uptake of the intervention(s), and implementation research. In addition, s/he will be responsible for M&E for activities in Tanzania and will supervise the M&E Associate in Bangladesh. The Senior Program Manager has an advanced degree in public health or related health sciences, with at least 5 years of experience in implementing and managing development projects; and experience in evaluation/implementation research. Fluent spoken and written English required.
