TIGO TANZANIA Management Trainee

Role Purpose To recruit bright young Tanzanian Master graduates in order to develop them within 12 months into future leaders at Tigo. Key Responsibilities • In this job rotation programme a number of functional areas are available to explore for you (eg. Technical, Marketing & Commercial, Financial & Administrative). • During the trainee program you will be invited to learn from our functional experts on all components of our business via training modules for all trainees. • You will be required to accomplish two projects in the areas of your expertise. Position Requirements • You are fresh graduates (master degree in  Engineering, Telecommunication, Electronics and communication, computer engineering & IT, Marketing and Sales, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting and Business Management and any other related fields) • You  have less than 1 year working experience. • You have an excellent command of the English language. • You are eager to learn,work in cross functional teams • You have a passion to serve the needs of our customers.
