Crown Agents USA, Inc. (CA-USA) is seeking a Senior Programs Manager, Health Systems for the Programs department in our Washington, DC office.

Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for health program management to ensure the program is properly staffed, including developing job descriptions and interviewing/selecting staff for new positions, supervise and mentor staff, ensure that projects are performing within budget and that opportunities to maximize revenue are identified. Prepare and analyze company financial reports, including budgets and forecasts. Ensure that all donor/client/company policies and regulations are followed and that proper documentation is maintained. Serve a Project Manager for SCMS, USAID, FHI, and PSI subcontractors. Manage and provide technical guidance for existing CA-USA health projects and field staff/offices. Proactively resolve all issues in a timely manner. Ensure that projects are compliant and audit-ready. Oversee and review contract and finance requirements. Guide human resource processes, build and maintain positive client relationships, serve as primary point of contact for the SCMS and DELIVER sub-contracts, including participating in relevant meetings and discussions at project HQs. Responsible for business development by providing technical guidance in developing and implementing the health sector business development strategy. Build potential alliances for new bid opportunities and enhance existing strategic partnerships for expanding existing projects. Participate in bid teams. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education: MA, or foreign equivalent, in pub health, bus adm, intl devpt/mgt or rel.

Experience: 8 years of exp, or 8 years of proj mgt rel exp, out of which 5 years must be in health project management related experience.
Special Skills: Must have experience managing USG funded international development projects and experience in providing technical assistance and designing projects. Must have technical knowledge in the areas of infectious disease prevention/treatment/care (e.g. HIV/AIDS, TB, malaria), supply chain management. Proven experience in supervision and building staff capacity required. Excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated intermediate skills in MS office suite applications required. Travel to project site in Arlington, VA req. International travel required. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or exp. is acceptable. FT.
