CA Global Civil Infrastructure (Africa Careers) is currently sourcing on behalf of their client for aForeman (Roadworks/ Layerworks Foreman) – Tanzania

Overview:
If you are a South African individual who is ready for an expatriate challenge close to home, then this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
• Monitor project progress to ensure time and budget constraints as well as quality standards are adhered too.
• Possess a full understanding of contractual obligations.
• Determine workforce requirements.

Requirements: Qualifications and Skills

• Trade Qualifications/HND in Civil engineering
• 5 – 10 years professional experience in the heavy civil / roadworks construction industry.
• Previous experience in a Foreman or Supervisory role with an international contractor is preferable
• Risk identifying skills and Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work with foreign workers and staff

Contractual information:

• 12 month contract
• single status with 3 flights home per year
• 36 days annual leave
