MAIN TASKS
To provide logistical, technical and managerial support to the implementation of CBNRM activities in Mpanda. Preparation of annual work plans ,budgets and carry out implementation of planned activities to facilitate the establishment and functioning of Wildlife Management Areas (WMA's) in Mpanda.Assist the Program Coordinator in Administration issues of the staff ,funds and equipment and overall supervision of day to day programme activities at the Mpanda office ; Work with Local Government partners NGOs and local communities to establish WMAs in Mpanda District according to work plan, Facilitate sensitization programmes, organize training workshops for capacity building and facilitate preparation of land use plans and resource zone management plans for the proposed WMAs in Mpanda
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should have a Masters Degree in Wildlife and/or Natural Resources Management or Policy Analysis from a recognized university , competence in project management with at least 5 years working experience in similar position, fluent in English and Kiswahili
