Branch staff positions;

Branch Manager(reference BM/APR13)

Is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives

Profile

·         At least At least 2 years working experience preferably in a similar position

·        University degree required preferably in the area of interest: Management/Accounting/Finance/Banking/Economics.

·         Capacity to manage a team of Client officers, Client Assistants and Tellers

·        Practical knowledge of micro/small businesses

·  Good relationship and communication skills, strong team spirit, leadership and organizational skills demonstrated through experience of team management

·        Objectives driven and commercial skills

·        Good command in Kiswahili and English
