Technology Park and ICT Management

The positions, and requirements for each, are as follows;

1. Team Leader

A Masters degree in a business management or ICT related field

At least 8 years of experience in the ICT sector

At least 5 years in the management of technology parks and/or ICT  competitiveness

Experience in team leadership and project management is essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must

It is preferable if the candidate has held an executive management role at a technology park.

2. Marketing and Communications expert

A university degree in marketing, communication, business management or related field

Proven expertise in strategic marketing- at least 10 years

It is preferable if the candidate has held an executive management role in marketing and communications

Experience in marketing technology parks is essential.

3. Human Resources and Organization Management

A university degree in HRM, business management or related field

Proven expertise in HRM, change management, organizational management and performance management- at least 10 years

At least 4 years HRM experience in the ICT sector.
