I. Program Management of own implemented programs in Africa including• Project Idea
• Situation analysis and pre-planning
• Planning with project design
• Implementation and monitoring
• Evaluation (internal and external)
• Handover of the project
Own implemented programs are currently: basic health care (clinics established in Duong and Rumbek, clinic under development in Nyal), deep water boreholes in Unity state and transport of relief goods.

• Issue business plan including the annual budget for all regional issues
• Control cash flow and finances

• Compile and supply agreed reporting

• Set up a reasonable quality management
• Lead the staff under direct responsibility
• Manage operations of the regional office and supervise the South Sudan offices operations
• Ensure that Sign of Hope meets international and local legal requirements
