Agriculture Coordinator - BRAC

Requirements: 

• B.Sc in Agriculture Masters Degree will be given preference.
• Minimum one years practical experience in the relevant field.
• Ability to communicate effectively work independently strong planning and organizing skills.
• Ability to mult-task and effectively handle stressful situation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with team.
• Must know to ride a bi-cycle and have to ride bi-cycle for field work

Job Description:

• Ensure effective implementation the Agriculture program in the concerned area and have to make results as per project plan
• Implement an effective monitoring and evaluation tools and analyze with project participants.
• Liaising and interacting with concerned NGOs. NGOs and professional bodies as per need of the program implementation.
• Ensure the supply of inputs and linking with government . private sector and other stakeholder.
• Ability to making markets work for the poor (M4P) by engage benefit from local national marketing directly or indirectly. Ability to build strong links to market for poor rural produced on increasing agriculture production.
• Preparing effective Program work plan program schedules monitoring time frame and reporting to project reflection significantly.
• Provide technical support and training to the program Organizer and agriculture farmers.
• Follow up and supervision the program activities.
• Preparation of different reports like activity reports progress reports, evaluation reports, accounts statements with different time line when required.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
