Operations Officer
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's Degree/Advance Diploma in Banking,
Economics, Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration/Management.
Four years working experience in a Bank or Financial
Institution, out of which minimum two years should be in Branch operations preferably in supervisory level.
Experience in working on front desk in branch including due diligence/KYC in customer opening account, inward/outward remittance, all other activities pertaining to deposit & remittances.
Should be a Computer Literate and Proven
Computer Skills using spreadsheets and accounting software packages.
Fluently in reading and writing, Speaking English and Kiswahili.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITY
Overall Supervision of Operations Department and report to the Branch Manager/ Chief Manager
Due Diligence/KYC in customer opening account, inward/outward remittance, all other activities pertaining to operation, deposit & remittances etc.
Canvassing business for the Bank.
Any other assignment as may be assigned from time to time pertaining to Branch operations.
