Job Description

> Installation of
• Voice switches
• IP PBX (Clients & Office)
• IP Phones (Clients)

> Interconnection 
• Local carriers (connection-engineering)
• International carriers (connection-engineering)
• Price implementation, export and import – building price list
• Reporting

> Monitoring
• Monitoring state of the accounts of Telephony clients in Business services
• Monitoring Voice systems

> Reporting
• Billing reporting and liaising with billing and CRM departments 
• Daily, weekly, Monthly reports 

> R&D
• Product research
• Product testing
• Product implementation

Position Requirements

> Education, Skills and Experience Required for the position
• Degree/Dip In, Telecommunications, Electrical /Electronic engineering, Computer Sc
• The ideal candidate must have more than 1yr experience in the telecoms field
• Knowledge of SIP protocol, IP networks.
