ABOUT ADD

ADD International’s goal is to support the disability movement in Africa and Asia with the aim of bringing about lasting social and policy change so as to promote disabled people’s rights and alleviate their social exclusion and poverty. ADD has been working in Tanzania since 1997, and its in-country strategic objectives focus on inclusive education, support for disabled people’s organisations, economic empowerment and disability mainstreaming.

ADD Head of finance and operations - TANZANIA

ADD International – Tanzania is seeking a highly motivated and results oriented individual with significant management and financial accounting experience who is able to lead the finance and operations departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial management, HR Administration, IT and Office Administration for ADD International – Tanzania. The ideal candidate will hold a university degree in accounting, finance or a related field and have significant experience and knowledge of strategic planning as well as managing finance and accounting functions in a complex organisation.
