Reporting to the Manager –people and Change Advisory , the job holder will be responsible for implement ting HR and Strategic change strategies in Tanzania ad East Africa.
Qualification:
Qualifications and Experience Required
• Bachelor degree in Social Sciences or Human Resource Management or Organizational psychology or change management
• A masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage
• At least 3-5 years similar experience.
• Experience in financial services, Oil and gas
