position in Swahili in Spring 2014 to teach one course. Responsibilities
include teaching the second semester of an introductory Swahili course,
developing or adapting teaching materials, and integrating multi-media
technology. Requirements for applicants include a minimum of a Master’s
degree; native or near-native proficiency in Swahili and English; and
experience teaching or tutoring college-level Swahili. We seek a colleague
who can demonstrate exceptional teaching ability and innovative approaches
to student engagement.
