Commercial Services Manager(CSM) Job Ref:TNP/CSM/09/13
Position Summary:
To monitor and evaluate performance of commercial venture and conduct regural surveys for improving customer services and internal business processes
Reporting to Director,Tourism and Marketing,key duties and responsibilities will include:
-Conducting regular customer surveys and continuously improve customer service and business processs
-Developing business plans and oversee their implementation
-Monitoring and evaluating performance of commercial ventures
-Conducting market researches and pricing
-Advising management on viable commercial ventures
-Preparing and presenting quartely reports on perfomance of business ventures to management
-Coordinating and supevising functions of commercial services department
-Conducting performance appraisal of staff reporting directly to the respective.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
-Master's Degree in Economics or Business Administration(Finance Option) from a recognized institution
-At least eight years of working experience in the relevant field,three of which should be in a senior position
-Proficiency in microsoft applications
