Water Utility Capacity Developers for Danida funded Water Supply Rehabilitation and Capacity Building Project in Ndola region, Zambia.

NIRAS are currently preparing for upcoming Danida supported Water Infrastructure Rehabilitation Support in Zambia (2013-2016) and seeking water experts for long term and short terms assignments:

Long/Short Term Water Utility Capacity Developers

General qualifications and experience

• A relevant university degree in Civil Engineering/Institutional Development
• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience 
• Experience from donor (preferably Danida) support programmes or projects 
• Good inter-cultural and communication skills

Specific qualifications and experience

• Profound experience with Urban Water Utility Management 
• Experience with capacity development and performance improvement of water utilities.  

Experience in the region and language

• Fluent in English 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from southern Africa, preferably Zambia
