An Opportunity currently exist for a Health and Safety Advisor based at ourThiess' Curragh North Coal Project located 30km north of Blackwater in the Bowen Basin. As part of this role you will develop programs and complete specific Health & Safety projects as required. Ideally you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role. This role will suit a self-motivated, ambitious person who enjoys being part of a productive and flexible team environment. You will be comfortable to operate unsupervised in a unique team culture. Requirements for the role include:
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to effectively establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Have outstanding skills with Microsoft suites, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Experience in a similar role is essential to be considered for this Monday to Friday, site based role.
