SCOPE OF THE JOB
• This position reports directly to the ORDA Executive Director and functionally to the FH Country Director of Ethiopia
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This is a senior level position responsible for evaluating ORDA systems and recommending solutions; and advising and assisting senior level ORDA staff to institute adjustments of organizational operations with the intention to secure direct USAID funding in Ethiopia. The Organizational Capacity Building and Program Advisor will report directly to the ORDA Executive Director and, based on familiarity with USAID rules and regulations, lead the organization in identifying, proposing and implementing necessary changes or adjustments within the organization to access direct USAID funding, whether through structural, programmatic or knowledge adaptation. Along with the duty of enhancing ORDA’s capacity, the Advisor will assist in and facilitate external outreach to USAID, as well as ensure ORDA develops proposals for submission to USAID.
