Role and Responsibilities
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Tanzania requires the support of a contractor to conduct an end of program evaluation for the integrated Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (iWASH) program and the coastal PWANI programs). The project has two distinct tasks: an end of program evaluation of the iWASH program and an en of program evaluation of the Coastal PWANI program. The evaluations shall be undertaken concurrently due to time constraints and to align with the CDCS planning process and new design phase for the Natural Resource Management program.
dTS is looking for short term experts who address the illustrative areas of expertise below. dTS encourages Tanzanian experts to apply, and applicants must fulfill one or more of the following requirements:
- Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Management Analyst;
- Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Analyst;
- Coastal Conservation Analyst
- Economic Analyst
- Social Sciences;
- Program and Policy Analyst
- Effects of gender as a cross-cutting element of developmental issues
- Effects of climate change as a cross-cutting element of developmental issues
- Technical advisors for data collection and advisors
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Academic requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant areas.
- Country Experience Tanzania strongly desired
- Regional Experience : Africa strongly desired
