We are now consolidating our logistics and supply chain capabilities under the newly launched business unit, AIG-Express. The objective of AIG-Express is to create a logistics platform in each of our operating countries in Africa and Emerging Asia, which combines the capabilities of our own warehousing and fleet operations and selected 3PL partners onto a seamless service offering to all our group companies.Our main clients are e-commerce platforms Jumia, Daraz and Kaymu.

As a Customer Service, you will be in charge of:
- Calling customers to schedule with them deliveries (Time and Location)
- Answer to customer calls and manage their expectations
- Provide updates to Jumia and Kaymu about their packages

Position Requirements

We are looking for people with:
- Willingness to learn in a stimulating and challenging environment
- Good communication skills
- First experience as a customer care
