Precise Systems limited (PSL) - Provides Reservation Systems called Galileo and PreciseSky to Travel Agents and Airlines.

Precise Systems limited is seeking qualified persons to fill up the following positions;

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Sales Planning; setting of targets and strategies

To perform sales activities to achieve targeted revenue

To acquire potential new customers in order to achieve targeted growth in market share.

To plan schedule of customer visits that are optimal to ensure efficient utilization of resources.

To ensure Customer needs are identified and necessary support offered in order to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, especially support on fares, reissues and general booking related problems.

To monitor effective utilization of Galileo/PreciseSky system in order to ensure optimal revenue generation,

To ensure timely awareness and effective utilization of Galileo/PreciseSky new products and assist in training of the products in order to increase efficiency and meet customer expectations, To gather market intelligence information and submit to management for use in safeguarding market share and support business growth.

To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management information and decision making

Management of airline products, relationship with airlines, and coordination with Account Managers

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

A holder of Galileo Professional course certificate, and

A holder of IATA/UFTAA

Diploma with certificate of computer applications, and A holder of Degree in Marketing or Business Administration

Diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism Management

2 years post qualification experience in a similar position or in the rank of Travel Consultant or sales & marketing Executive in an organization of repute, preferably in Aviation Industry

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Oral and written language applications English and Kiswahili Product knowledge on air travel industry

Computer application skills
