Technical Officer , Precise Systems Limited (PSL)

Position Description:

Precise Systems Limited (PSL) - Provides Reservation Systems called Galileo and PreciseSky to Travel Agents and Airlines.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities  

Install hardware and software products at subscribers' locations to facilitate service delivery to the clientele and generate revenue

Prepare and monitor quarterly schedules for routine system maintenance for Galileo Tanzania's contractors to ensure optimum utilization of the system to reduce costs hence safeguard revenue

Escalate identified faults to our 3rd party service providers to ensure speedy resolution and customer satisfaction

Diagnose system faults and trouble shoot so as to provide solution for customer satisfaction and assured revenue

Maintain database for movement of equipment in subscribers' locations and all equipment at Galileo Tanzania to safeguard company assets and ensure accountability

Receive all technical calls phones and resolves

Prepare monthly technical report to the Technical manager

Support and resolve all technical issues in the NDC

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

University graduate B.Sc Computer Science /Advance diploma in IT Knowledge of web applications and design

Strong analytical and communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

CCNA, CCNP, Galileo System Knowledge will be an added advantage. 2 years' experience preferably in Aviation industry

Salary:
