TIGO Billing Commission Analyst

Role Purpose You will be required to accurately calculate and analyze commission earnings for freelancers, agents, prepaid dealers and for postpaid cooperate sales force. Key Responsibilities • Follow up the implementation  and calculation of commission structures put forward by management for freelancers, agents, dealers relating to prepaid services • Follow up implementation and calculation of commission structures for postpaid hybrid and normal postpaid connections. • Follow up implementation and calculation of tigo pesa commission as per structure put forward by management • Track on a monthly basis the trend in commission and justify any variation • Provide monthly accruals for commissions to finance • Follow up that all commissions are paid within the agreed time frame • Perform any other commission related tasks that will deemed necessary by management • Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager Position Requirements • University degree in IT or related fields • Strong programming background and self-efficient in writing SQL scripts • Accounting background will be an added advantage • Knowledge of commission schemes will be an added advantage • Work experience in the related field of 1-3 years APPLY
