Position Description:
Location:Sao Hill Industries Ltd, Mafinga, Iringa, Tanzania. Contract Type: permanent and pensionable.

Work hours:Full-time

Department:Administration.

Reports to:Personnel and Administrative Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to Personnel and Administrative Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible in,

Educating pregnant women about pregnancy, childbirth, and prenatal and postnatal care, etc.

Providing general health care education to employees and their family members.

Analyzing the reports of different tests and informing the doctor (s) about the same.

Participating in professional development and health training programs organized by the Company, ego HIV/AIDS Management Systems.

Monitoring whether employees are taking their medicines and drugs as prescribed by          the doctors.

Monitoring the health condition of employees whose ill cases have already being reported.

Networking and coordinating with other health care and social professionals to provide constant health care to the employees.

Managing medicines by producing and keeping records of medicines received, medicines issued and stock in place. 12, Mak'ing sure that all responsibilities are handled in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety Standards.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company's General Manager as well as Personnel and Administrative Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate shall have:

A Diploma in Nursing with at least three years experience in the same position.
