9.6 LABORATORY TECHNICIAN III (SOIL LABORATORY) (1POST)
9.6.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting   in   performing   routine   technical   tasks   under   the   supervision   of   an
experienced technician.

• Assisting in taking samples for laboratory investigations.

• Assisting in the repair and maintenance of laboratory/ workshop facilities.

• Assisting in field operations/ research activities.

• Assisting in implementing technical plans and designs.

• Performing other related duties as may be assigned.

9.6.2   QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Possession of a secondary school certificate PLUS a Diploma in Laboratory Technology/Sciences.

9.6.3   REMUNERATION: PUSS 4/5
