Job title: Supply Chain Management Officer
Division: Allied Health Reports to: Head of Pharmacy
Job Summary: The Successful applicant will be responsible for Supporting Ministry of Health facilities in the districts to accurately report, forecast and submit timely drug and supplies requisitions regularly to the MoH procurement system, and to maintain local buffer stock. S/he will also maintain an accurate record of the drugs and any other supplies given to these facilities.

Job requirement

Job Requirements: Diploma in Pharmacy with qualifications in procurement, logistics and/or supply chain management. Must have at least 3 years experience in pharmaceutical services, with 1 year in logistics management. S/he will have demonstrable knowledge and understanding of HIV/AIDS care issues; Ministry of Health Logistics and Health Sector Supply Chain Systems-more specifically the National drug supply and distribution program and guidelines; policies and regulations pertaining to pharmaceutical agents as well as principles of supply chain management.
