Job Title: Head of Corporate Communications
Reports to: Managing Director
Job Purpose:
Operates at the highest level and is responsible for formulating and directing the company's marketing communications strategy. Develops and co-ordinates all policies and programs relating to Brand and Public Relations activity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and spearhead the implementation of the bank's corporate communications strategy
• Develop-corresponding budget and ensure that cost is managed through optimal deployment of resources
• Design, develop and control policies and procedures that govern the bank's external and internal communications
• • Spearhead the nurturing of the bank's corporate brand image, identity and visibility , both internally and externally
• Design and develop promotional and advertising campaigns for the bank's corporate brand, products and services ensuring they directly lead to business growth
• Champion the management of the bank's different stakeholders
• Oversee department's activities and Human resource

Required qualifications, skills and experience:
• Bachelors Degree in Mass Communications or Marketing
• Professional Post graduate qualifications are added advantage
• At least 7 years professional experience in Marketing and PR 5 of which should be in a senior position
• Strong analytical skills
• Oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good Presentation and Public speaking skills
• Organizational skills
• Creativity
• Negotiation skills
