Mildmay Uganda is an HIV/AIDS treatment and training center also providing technical support for Ministry of Health Systems to scale up comprehensive HIV/AIDS services in 18 districts of Central Uganda. 1. Job title: Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
Directorate: Quality Assurance Reports to: Director Quality Assurance Job Summary: Monitor, evaluate and report on the organisational work processes, policies, procedures and programmes to ensure that the necessary set standards are met and Mildmay Uganda programmes effectively monitored and evaluated. The job holder provides the required specialist field team support.

Job requirement

Bachelor degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Development studies with Masters Degree in Development studies or other relevant field. A post graduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation is essential. Must have 6 years' relevant work experience, with at least 3 years supervising Monitoring and Evaluation systems and activities with a track record of publications and conference presentations. Work experience in a health care setting is desirable.
