4. Alternative Delivery Channels Manager
The Alternative Delivery Channels Manager is a member of the Operations department based at Head office Kampala. S/he will Coordinate the development, evaluation and subsequent modification of products so as to meet customer needs in order to ensure the bank remains competitive. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Key Result Areas.
• Design strategies that will enhance business opportunities for the bank.
• Coordinate Product Development Processes.
• Ensure quality assurance
• Review the performance of Products and suggest improvements.
• Re-define and re-launch ailing products to make them competitive
• Ensure Product processes are well documented
• Carryout market intelligence to benchmark competition.
• Ensure product awareness is enhanced across the bank.
• Back up on Special projects especially those related to Retail
Job requirement
Ideal profile:
• A University degree preferably in business studies or related discipline.
• Knowledge and understanding of Business strategy product profiles, principles and competition.
• At least 3 years work experience in a recognized micro finance institution or commercial bank at Managerial level in a related position.
